After the stipulated 7 day period, your registration will be cancelled without prior notice and the place will be given up to the next person on the waiting list.

Activities
(recreational, educational and cultural) follow the topic of the week

The program was designed to maximize the use of the French language while having a

great summer.

All interactions between the camp staff and the campers during the activities are in

French in order to reinforce its practice.
Program

An outing every Thursday. Departure at 9:00 a.m. and return at 3:00 p.m

The majority of sports and cultural activities will take place in gym and playground

on the spot

Adopted ratio of 1:8 for the group of 5-6 year olds and 1:12 for the 7-9 and

10-12 year olds
Camp Staff

Certified in First Aid and CPR and received summer camp training

Chosen according to their experience, dynamism, leadership and unconditional love

for the children

Required to have a police reference check
Costs

Immersion Camps: 185$ / Week / Camper

Family Discount : 10$ / Week/ per additional same family camper

Enrolment for all available weeks : 10% discount

Applications made other than online (on phone, in the office, etc. )

are not eligible for any form of discount and subject to an extra fee of 50$ .

Method of payment

Postdated cheque is possible upon request. Cheque should be post-dated two (2) weeks prior

the start of the program.

To ensure priority of your registration, the payment must be received within

seven (7) days from the registration date.

Debit and Credit card(s) are not accepted

An additional charge of $ 50 will be added for any NSF or cancelled check
Modifications and cancellations

Cancellation and/ or modification must be made in
writing at least two (2) weeks prior to

the week you intend to cancel. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Please, fill-in and mail or fax to us
the Reimbursement Form within the above mentioned

deadline. The date your Reimbursement Form is received is considered the date of

modification/ cancellation.

A fee of $ 45 will be charged per request for modification/ cancellation per camper

The administration fee /deposit is not refundable

No refunds for a week already in progress, absences and day-offs
